Littering Offence [HELP]

Hi folks, i recently got caught for trowing a ciggerate on the floor coz canot find a dustbin ... officer issued $200 fine ... izzit possible for me to appeal to reduce the amount ? if possible where and how to appeal ? thank you

dude... think very hard leh... unless u can think of a super duper good excuse... cos almost all carparks have dustbins nearby...

i kena b4 last time. no nid 2 appeal. coz sure fine de. BTW u will hab a 5 min movie 4 tat. so 5 min divide by $200 = a 1min $40 show. 2nd time will b a CWO liao.

Smoking is already BAD and yet you used the cig to litter ...HOPE YOU GET FINE MORE THAN JUST $200!

most probably i will pay the full $200.. but i haf 2 admit that the fine was very effective...i now think thrice before i trow anything on the ground.. learnt my lesson the hard way T_T

who will hold the cig butt and walk around to look for trash bin..

 

and throwing it to gutter consider offence too ??

 

how about tissue.. or paper... or plastic..??

if i m @ orchard, i will. coz e bins r few steps away. coz got 1 part now under construction no bins. i hold e fag til e bins.

Lying is just as bad as smoking, for instance.

 

Metaphorically speaking, I wonder why your conscience didn't fine your $200 just for doing something so taboo. Having said so, if the consequences of lying radically changed your mood in a day, I'd like to hear about it.

wat i'll do if there's no dustbins nearby when riding, i'll use my $150 little dustbin aka IU to store my litter till i c dustbin available.
