Thanks bro "ghost". Michelin ain't cheap and I've never tried it. I reckon it must be good. As for the 014, I was told that it'll slip and slide when wet. What I'm looking for are tires that grips well wet or dry and during cornering. Also those that can give you good mileage. Hopefully that's not too much to ask.

Hopefully I can hear more.

Million thanks to all who gave their 2 cents worth. Sigh, will not be able to get hold of the 021 for the time being, although I was told ah-boy may have stock. I was also informed that the coming stock of Bridgestone rubbers will have a substantial price increase.

Anyways thanks to bro "element" for reminding me on the tire thread. Read that one but its not S4 specific, a little too general.

Thanks again for those who has given their honest feedback. Safe riding!!

I am no racerboy and I clock about 55km/daily, to and fro work. Once in a blue moon I go up north with friends, you know, to let go steam.

Can any season super4-ers give any recommendation or suggestion on Bridgestone, Michelin or any other make. I prefer sport tourer.

Your input will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Happy riding y'all.

Like you, i went from BT020 to BT021.

Never regretted the change.

My bike is mainly used only for weekends short touring, so i need the good mileage the tyres can give.

The wet grip is good, tested on the Cameron Highlands.

It was raining but sometimes still "accidentally" scrap the footpegs.

Gave me much confidence when doing all those hard and fast corners.:thumb:

Slow down abit, smell the air and enjoy the scenery.

Caught the touring bug once again!

Thanks to all who gave their views....precious!! This is what I call brotherhood. Looks like the BT021 is the clear favourite by " a few laps". I certainly want to get a pair but currently its hard to get. Anyone knows where I can get it ? (other than ah-boy. Don't get me wrong. I've have nothing against ah-boy or LAB. I prefer to have more option lah )

for the place.... you can try HKL.

for the brand.... its up to you... depends on how deep your wallet is...

I am using a metzeler sportec M1. my review for it is good, both the handling and value for money..

there seems to be a price war out there.. keep alookout at the sales advertisement... you may just spot a good deal..

u can get from hkl perhaps...get arrowmax 501..if size 110/150 shld be 250 front n back...the mileage is pretty substantial as i ever ride until 30k on it...i usually get my tires from hkl or planet...or u can try unique motorsports...i have yet to go there but i find the prices they quote online for tires pretty reasonable...the cheapest tires ive heard but not yet try is shinko...some say cheap yet slippery..an another alternative reasonable priced tire is bridgestone bt039 but i must admit to u..this tire i ever try...only last like 15k when it balds...

I ride at 70km/hr only...please please dont blow2 at me or overtake me dangerously....wait i change into Incredible Hulk n dont know why my little baby bike will always be ahead of u if u do that

Hi super4-ers,

About time I need to replace my tires. Since its my 1st Vtech3, I'm not too sure whats the best brand/model to change the current pair that I'm using. Right now I'm gripping with the Bridgestone BT020, not bad at all, but I was told that the 021 is better. At this point in time, not many shops are keeping stock of it though.
