ive seen several times ard ubi area...a guy with a son riding a bike without helmet...hope the TP catch him haha coz they so near the TP HQ ^_^

i was riding along bishan rd when i saw a ducati angmoh he rode past me my shirt flew out... he was wearing helmet but not wearing any clothes!

with so many 'stuntsters' on the road, no doubt insurance will rise, more tp patrols, accident rates rise, more arsonist at work, etc.
