U can buy honda OEM NGK plugs. The package is red in colour. Not the usually yellow and outside they puyt honda OEM. Is at eversuccess selling at $8 per plug. My friends said is the best plug for S4...

$8 is for diy or include install?

if it is diy den what hsf said is much cheaper

I got my plugs there too, but its Denso and not NGK plugs. Box is blue.

 

Jefferey told me NGK plugs is more ex. To me there is really no difference between NGK or Denso since the manual state both model of spark plug for replacement.

 

But as a consumer I would go for the cheaper one since both plugs perform the same.

hi guys and gers,

 

need help again, just now went to changed all my spark plug to the shock honda spark plug from eversuccess... and now my engine sounds very noisy. previously was using ngk iridium for almost a year and the sound is not so loud and smooth.

so was wondering if it is normal to be so noisy. btw, i checked and confirmed that all the SP is working because after 15 min of riding, i touch all the header and they are all HOT.

Me also riding spec 2. Have to agree lah, actually can't feel much difference leh...

use back orginal spark plugs is the best ..

think NGK have platiumum one.. feel that one is good enough...

 

was told by a mech that iridium is good for heavy duty riding like in circuit or touring... normal riding will not feel the difference...

 

like i said, is hear say only... not from a verified source...

NGK Iridium can get from FJT at 12 bucks... Denso at 14.50 from Automachinery... both does not come with installation....

I've to agree to dat based on my own experience. Using iridium sparkplugs don really feel the difference when using on s'pore road but while touring to the north u can feel the difference while travelling at high speed

Anyone know what happen to the spark plug cap??

i recently find out that one of my spark plug cap (inside part ) is becoming black colour the other 3 pieces is gold colour. What happen har? anyone know?

Is it due to spark plug or any other things?

One of your plug cable might be faulty? If that's the causes you may encounter

the engine misfiring If not the it might be the piston ring wore cause

of unburn air fuel mixture that cost the plug to be blacken

Hi all,

just to ask who have this before??

The spark cap keep on poping out of the spark plug.

Why is it so???

You can actually see the cap is out and i need to push it back everytime i ride.
