My cat eats everything she saw.

Hai,just starter to keep a cat any suggestion on what type of dry or wet food to be giving someone told me not to give dry food brand WHISKA and FRISKI not good for the cat is this true?Now giving him SCIENCE DIET dry food.Tks

 

look at the ingredient.. avoid by-product meat.

my cat have overweight problems.. she eats but cant/dont want to sh1t.. my parents have spend thousands on his operation, n in my family i tink my cat did the most expensive operation to date, though we're not that well to do.. now most of her intestines are taken out, hence she wont keep food for too long.. that's kinda sad coz once she eat, after awhile she has to go toilet.. well the doctor asked to keep on a stirct diet but once a while the cat knows where to find food.. but one ting i remember my mom said is that the doc asked to bring the cat outdoors so he moves around more and if possible make him eat grass, gd for digestion or something..

 

my dad once told me not to have pets.. coz they are huge responsibilities.. but unless u bear to hold it, try not to.. the cat was the first my parents like accepted that one of my siblings brought home, n it became part of my family.. out of curiousity i asked y not put him to sleep n end his misery, my mom said he is part of the family.. let him die a natural death..

that's so sad...i can imagine how you feel....perhaps try to give grass and it's their natural remedy. unless the kitty is in pain, i wouldn't bear to put the cat to sleep as well. my mum recently told me a similiar story of how her neighbour's cat had same problem of not being able to pass motion and the bowels hardened within the intestine and they had to put her to sleep cos it was just too painful for the owner.

for sheding fur, many suggests giving OEMGA3 as supplement to reduce that.

 

my cats are on that for abt a month.. shedding had reduce a bit..

There are certain months that cat shed alot (damn alot). Just bear with it. Just groom them daily with comb/brush.

I love to play with stray cats. Just tickle them a little, and walk away. No commitment.

 

Some cats I play with seem to scent mark me excessively. First they'll circle around my legs a few times, lie down and let me play with them, then repeat. Can get pretty annoying.

it depends very much on the sex. Female costs more. And if the female pregnant or on heat, it cost even more.

 

so far the cheapest & also reliable is @Clinic for Pets, Geylang East Ave 3.

Sumtimes, its just the weather. Avoid giving proplan. It contains by-products & wheat gluten. This was the cause of mass cat poisoning in 2007.

hello all. i have a question here.

my gf got a cat. if i not wrong its 8 mths old.

he like to sit at the window and sometimes a female stray cat comes by.

he would then meow very loudly according to my gf.

so my question goes like this. Isit normal for the cat to meow loudly?

does it mean that he wanted to mate with the cat?

your help will be greatly appreciated.
