today while riding, almost 5 minutes to workplace. a white suv SKM nearly and i really mean side swipe on my left side. yellow triangle. he wanted to go right but there were many cars infront of him. i am going straight. he was going into shenton 88 carpark. damn . i cursed and swear in my helmet. then cool down and glad nothing happen. i am very lucky my six sense worked just now. if i had not braked in time or noticed on my left mirror and keep continue moving at the same speed 50km/hr, i would surely have fallen down.

of all days, didnt put my cameras.

 

Its always like that. **** like this happens when we decide of all days to not have our cameras. At least thats what usually happens.

Today,while waiting for green light at an intersection,Mr LTwhiteA turn into my opposite lane. While cornering,he notice my sexy bike & give that chee ko pek look. My thought was surely he is gonna u-turn upfront just to take a closer look. Being safe me,i sped up upon my green light & turn into a nearby carpark,look back & true enough Mr LTwhiteA was trailing me but gotten stuck waiting for traffic to clear. I sped through the carpark,escape through another exit. I turn into a nearby kopitiam,park & camo for awhile,Mr LTwhiteA passby the kopitiam. Phew!

 

13th month around the corner guyz. Itz dat time of year again where siow ON kia people on the ball eh!

 

Bonus: The weather was cloudy & did enjoy the ride today.

Also saw a pretty slender looking girl on a DRZ tip toe-ing hile waiting for the green light. Light changed and off she goes only to stop at another traffic light still tip toe-ing while strugging to lane split between cars. But to each its own.

 

On another note a car almost ran over me and then another rider if we were not regularly checking our mirrors and not aware of our surroundings. Had to swerve out of lane to evade this crazy driver. Sme for the other rider too.

2 days ago while riding along TPE towards SLE

same thing that happened to Raptor in post #1 happened to me

some malaysian kup keep poking me from the side trying to force me to give way to him while lanesplitting with a queue of bikes in front

the distance between me and the bike in front is roughly 2m nia and the car queue at the punggol exit does not allow anyone to go anywhere

bugger kept reving at me with his stupid non LTA approved hollow pipe till limpeh dulan

so everytime there is a gap between the cars and he tries to throttle up to cut me off, i just move up to cover up the gap then he have to ebrake and get back in line

bugger sped up to stare at me some more

just throttle and let him talk to my leo vince ..|..

Best to check with the lawyer chosen by your insurance agent. For sure the driver will create a story to prove he did nothing wrong. Do update the outcome so it will be beneficial to everyone.

I have always been wary of lorries. Today while riding, 5minutes of leaving my block. Reached a traffic light on the centre lane. From behind saw this blue midsized lorry.

the road was a 3 lanes which becomes 2 after the traffic light. this lorry from behind me overtook me on the left side at a fast speed and almost within a few cm hitting me

i said some prayers and move on. the lorry stopped another traffic light and i stopped next to him and asked him. he pulled down his window. i aksed him why you overtake on the left side so fast. he said huh, huh,. and eating somemore. he looks malay. about 20plus.

he pretend not to hear me and then just put up his window.

this guy is a danger to many others and I am sure he will cause casualty one day.

i will never forget his face because he looks like my son and my brother in law. hahahhaha.

Glad you are safe. Am also wary of lorries. Usually will keep quite a distance from them. Given up on trying to talk to such drivers. Most of them will pretend not to hear and just look straight.

thanks Duo. me too. glad am safe. the sad thing is this young man had not even think that he was wrong. he looks malay and thus not fasting. if he can be so disrespectful to God and his religion, I am worried he can be disrespectful to other road users

today while driving grabcar, at orchard, met a group of bikers.

the group consist of about 10 bikes.

one r6 one female vespa and a few other bike.

 

as i received my order near a junction, i was forced to make quite a sharp switch from last lane to first lane to do a U-turn, as the large group of bikes consist of about 10 bikes. I could only cut in between them to make a U-turn as there wasnt enough space as i received the order 30 metres from the junction.

 

This silly ZX14R, with a malay couple on top, is just too dumb. I switched to lane one to do a u-turn, he ****ing try to cut me on the right side of lane one by sticking himself between me and road divider. There was a U-turn sign just before the junction, it is a legit U-turn junction. i noticed him but i just tilt right as hard as hard i can slowly.

he was forced to stop halfway thru my car, then he try to over rev his bike, thinking i didnt notice him, thinking id stop for him. there were plenty of space on my left. it was midnight no other cars around yet he wanna stick himself between me and the road divider. as i did the u-turn, he gave me the ****ing 'whats your prob' stare with his gf.

 

nvr felt so much to road rage in awhile. ride zx12 already still donno how to lane split properly. still want to use loud engine scare car drivers. lol. all the smaller bikes in the group over took my from the left except this zx14. trying so hard to stick to my blindspot

 

time was about 1am. hope he read this. my msg to him is, pls go learn class 3, n dont think loud bike can scare every 4wheels on the road.. really disgrace. when u ride large bike, some maturity and knowledge of common car behavior must be there already. come on.

not simply the high beams, but also more & more inconsiderate people with un-levelled headlights, or HIDs in reflector housings etc.

Today was driving instead of riding on a major road, the opposite lane want to turn right to a small road... This bugger today just turn right never check clear causing me nearly to crash into him... He still stop a while on the road before going into the small road.... I am thinking lucky I drive today instead of riding because if not I may not be around as not able to stop in time...

Today while riding to work on this glorious morning on the AYE towards town. i was on the middle lane at 90km/hr plus following a slower vehicle. On my mirror, behind me is a blue mid-sized lorry with yellow triangle. thought to myself, hmmm he so daring. driving at 90km/hr when most lorry limit are 60 or 70. true enough, the driver overtook me on my left!!!. and went infront of me. i look who the driver. ooooo, its our friendly upper north imported talent

I didnt think much as i was enjoying the ride but when i have to change lane to exit the AYE and enter keppel and the lorry drive towards PIE. As i sped, I turned around and saw 3 people (all same countrymen) enjoying their breakfast while the driver was trying to sip his tea tarik from the plastic bag.

I pity the 2 or 3passenger behind. They were like the lower caste. If the driver lost control at 90km/hr plus, surely somebody will be killed.

ME too. most of us would surely turn our head very often. but i am sure that instance when i turn my head to see the ane driver trying to sip his tea tarik will be imbedded in my memory and am sure in a video it would surely be seen.

I used to put my camera on top of my helmet but it was troublesome i agree but i realise i dont really watch the video nowadays anymore. just in my mind touch wood if any accident it will whover see the video, it can help.
