CEO & toybox met with some hipcups with CEO's bike. Problem solved with help of Simon (Mech.). Hope everyone on this trip return safely to SG.

My battery can't seem to retain its charge. Battery is completely flat when I start in the morning. Had to use kick start. Shop said its the magnetic coil problem. Has anyone change this coil before? How much is it? My battery and recifier had just been changed two months ago. Can this problem be due to any other things?

Did you forget to close the seat properly?

 

150cc underseat compartment light will light up if seat is not closed properly, thus, causing the battery to drain off current overnite.

 

200cc doesnt have this problem, cos there is a relay to control the light, light will switch off after 1 min even seat is not closed properly.

 

Try charging back the battery, if not the battery or the recifier or the magneto coil have to be replaced.

Welcome back home guys...the trip was so challenging this year round. Alot of things happened along the way but it was all fun. Been a great experience so far eh...nx trip u guys!

Yeah though there were alot of things happening for the trip this year but it was a trip to remember... :smile: Alot can be learnt from the experience... cause even the organiser's bikes got affected yuh :cheeky: Next time i'm gonna bring a spare carburator for the trip to avoid being carrot chopped! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Bro i think its the seat issue as mentioned buy G-max_scoot above. Try charging your batt and disconnect the underseat light to see if it helps. :smile:

My 150 also after using for 2 years the battery getting weaker and weaker, what I do is when stop at junction ,I off the light, on the move then on the headlight. Or else I can see that the voltage keep falling, the charging system is not enough to juice up the headlight when at idleing , so its draining from the batt.

Alvin,I'll drop by HQ after Xmas.Been pretty busy recently.Need you to check my bike too.Not going like the usual self....the engine sound not constant.

i brought my cam but i took Like 20 pics onLy.. haLfway up i didnt bother anymore cos aLL the others had a cam too.. so i'ma just wait untiL u guys upLoad it so i can 'steaL' hehe.
