BBQ cost $10 per person.

According to no. of people confirmed and amt collected, I'll go buy the food.

Muslims no worries, I'll buy halal food from Geylang Serai, all halal and cheaper too.

 

I have booked a bigger chalet (free entry), a 2 storey instead.

For room upgrade and BBQ pit I can pay for it lah.

Those who drinks, can sleep there, no enuff bed space, just hug each other.

The rest, makan all share share ok?

 

I have also arranged a place to park all our bikes. We have convoy from KKFC, need volunteers as well.

I understand the trouble that madman got to go through for organising a chalet and settling the food. Hmmm...my suggestion is that, for those under pending list, we have a last date to confirm 2weeks before the chalet commences. After the deadline, those still pending must pay extra.

I will only get enuff food (based on total number of confirmed ones) and plus some extra, if there's left over funds.

 

I'll get the food a day before event, cos too much food, and fridge too small...

Last minute come ones, will have to go buy food, if it is not enuff...fair ah...
