Hello guys! It's been awhile since the CBR150 community last had a gathering or a meet-up session to share knowledge on the bike, talk cock and sing some song...

 

As previous gatherings has always been held in the East, this time round we should be fair and "cater" to those staying in the west. Don't worry, Next time we will have one in the North or South.

Hello fellow CBR150R riders! I have been reading this thread for a bit and was really interested in CBR150R because of this community and good FC reputation for this bike. I am currently on Practical 7 at CDC Ubi, hoping to get my license fast and buy a CBR150R! But i probably will need lots of help from you guys. Thanks for reading!

sorry bros i dont think i can make it on that outing day cause i'm having my exams then and i don't think i can afford the time plus its quite far for me to travel down i stay in NE area haha. so yea i'm gonna give this outing a miss as much as i want to go.

thanks don!! bought myself a 2nd hand cbr, but realised gotta change many things. even the fairings also cracked..sians!! many problem.. oh well

 

could it be cheaper then to send e entire bike to patch fairing + repaint?

i figure that buying most of the plastic fairings is going to set u back by quite a fair bit of money.

Is your bike still having this problem?

I am also having the same problem.

Two years ago when i got this problem I took it to changi village bike shop to repair. He told me the rubber or something inside crack, so he changed for me, costs $65 and the problem is fixed.

After I ride my cbr 150 to Thailand, the problem some back again. I went to wash my carb but the problem still exists. Changed my piston, piston ring, rebore, top gasket, coolant, chock cable, spark plug and velve seal costs 606RM, now it's slightly better. But sometime like you say when decelerate the engine die off.

Let me know if you manage to solve the problem.

i vaguely recall AXA has a minimum age limit requirement for motorbike insurance....
