I think the best thing is the 200cc big bore like the one on Gauss site.

That with a flatslide carb, free flowing exhaust and modified airbox would make the bike fly.

Even better with some high lift cams and a race CDi.

It would be AWESOME!

Not really.

I feel it's best to have one bike for track use and one for daily use.

Coz usually a bike that is good for one isn't suitable for the other.
