RM20+ labour charge including the springs? That's quite cheap. I tot those harder 'racing' springs alone cost RM20.

So his labour charge only a few RM?

And did the mech reuse your old engine oil or did he ask you to pay for a new bottle?

because for two stroke the engine oil is the 2t.

the engine oil dat 4 stroke use can also be used as gear oil for 2 stroke.

dats y called eo, because its engine oil meant for 4stroke.

Hi, all. Im riding a 22 years old RXZ ( Japan model ), b4 i change clutch plates in Yishun IP 2 months ago, I can only go up to 5 gears which is what Im told that later batches of RXZ comes with 6 gears. But funny thing is that after changes, I can engaged to 6th gears !!! Is that possible ?? I count the gear a number of times when I ride and it's really 6 speed now. Yes, I feel that the pulling power from 1st gear is so much stronger after clutch plates changed, and each engagement is firm and positive with a click click feeling. Just my experience with my reliable old RXZ........

i guess those 5 gear plates r out of stock n they used the gear plates 4 lastest rxz. just let u know, 6 gear means 1 more gear plate, so more expensive.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?

hey guys i used 2 have this similar kind of prob.... my clutch plate got burn n was a bit uneven..... the solution 4 it was 2 change 2 a new pair of clutch plates..... but i jus changed it recently.... so 1 of my mech said tat try filing the clutch plate might solve the problem..... so he did tat coz the housin had the teeth marks created by the plates.... so after filing, wen my mech fixed it back.... the problem was solved... it was way way much easier 2 go to neutral n changing gears.... n guess wat it only cost me 50 dollars.... i was amazed...... so jus thought of sharin with u guys..... this mech is located somewhere along bradell road.... after the SPH.... his shop is in a caltex petrol kiosk.... look 4 him his name is ah keong..... 2 me he is a very trustworthy mech..... chao...
