kana poison by u ppl... how much is the bike now, i m above 32.. how much will be my insurance....thinking of getting a fino...pls help...

need some help here in getting info about a particular aluminium topbox. it's not the usual aluminium square-square types seen on bigger enduro bikes, but a relatively small one.

 

i saw a couple of fino riders (white/beige/light blue) with this curvy (on it's top lid) aluminium box mounted on the rear.

it does not seem to have any name or brand on it, but it has embossed letterings of chinese and japanese, probably to show where it's made, and those embossed words are no bigger than 6cm x 4cm. other than that, i could not make out what brand it is.

 

it's a relatively small aluminium box meant for scooters, and the shape/contours of it looks very much like the small plastic rear box seen on vespa automatic scooters on our roads, on the smaller cc models LX150 or ET8 vespas.

 

i have been hunting around in my spare time but yet to find the location which sells it.

 

for that, i hope someone could perhaps help me to find out, if it's not too much trouble. i reckon forum gatherings would be easier to spot such a Fino.

I got my red FINO for about $4610 on the road+insurance.

Break down cost:

bike price - 3050

COE - 1050

Insurance - 260(3rd party+fire&theft)+150(new license)

Agent mark-up - 100

 

I heard there's a shop at AMK pk selling even cheaper! but dunno shop name.

update us when u got your FINO ya!

tink one bad thing is if u are those who wanna go for speed then this bike is nt for u....

 

I tried to go at 110 then the handle bar vibrate quite a bit le..

 

also another thingy... sometimes when travelling at 80 or 90, the bike will have a sudden "lose power" effect.. dun really knw how to describe but it still ok i guess. its like a split sec thingy... usuall is when u slow down to 70 odd then wanna pick up immediately tink gear box lousy or wat la...so will hav the jerl thingy.
