Hi All,

 

Just went in here and wondering if all of u guys in dis thread are actually riding a cbr600rr07??? or maybe older models of RRs??? or mixture of diff bikes?? i've been in the forum for years i guess..but nvr really get involved to knwing guys here...except to just sell bike stuff here.

 

U guys can call me syam...i'm riding a CBR600RR7, black. Would love to hear feedbacks from those who ride this bike. To myself, Honda has made a great improvement on its 600 category dis year. In the past, a stock 600 wdnt be able to fight a stock suzuki or yamaha....i believe. But dis year, 07 model stock, is already strong bike. Great midrange..even top end. Hav tried race with a K7 600, they cant fight RR7. Roll on 6th gear with K7 600 and R6 07...they cant fight RR7. This is to my experience lah. Tried with my frens. Handling wise...RR7 just keeps on improving. Thumbs up. Fuel consumption...wow!!!! Went for for a trip....frm 2nd link GP petronas...all other 600s...suzuki and yamaha...has reached reserve by the time the reach Pagoh RnR..or have reached near reserve. I still have 3 bars of fuel. Disaster strike when Pagoh has no fuel....to my frens...not me...hahaha...so all ride slow up to ayer keroh RnR....i still hav 1 bar of fuel..not yet reserve when reached AyerKeroh....all other bikes hav reached reserve..including Fazer1000....the only bike not yet reserve..is mine and blackbird. My journey was only slow from pagoh to ayer keroh....but before pagoh...we whacked a lot....play drop gear sumore....so i hav to say....RR7 fuel consumtption is damn good. Yes it has an extra litre..but still...it is good. Normal riding during my running in....mileage before reserve reached almost 300KM. My RR3 model only hit 240KM. Dis puts a big smile on ma face.

 

So dis is my story on the CBR600RR7...no regrets on buying dis bike. Wat about u guys? Niway who hav tried the top speed for dis bike? I've clocked 278 before...but not sure if dis is the actual top speed.

Really lor...if Akrapovic Full System is street legal I will give whatever I have to get it install on my bike loh...but sadly it is illegal...sob sob

 

Snowman...touch and go is very tiring one leh...

I was actually thinking go there shopping or camp one night in hotel then come back the next day...

These few days busy with my friends la...hee hee...

 

Really studying about the power commander program I just installed on my com...

I tried to connect my lappy to my bike PC today to adjust the mapping...

but I also dunno why the power commander is not responding to my lappy when I tried to reset my PC...my lappy says "PC not responding" "Error in reseting PC"

 

Dunno my PC got something wrong or not...

your PC need to be connected to your bike. and your bike has to be started in order for your notebook to receive the signal from the PC.

guys, i also just bot new cbr - still breaking her in - but doing it the hard way ... would be great to join you on any outings to learn good places to ride...

besides the outing where do you like to ride in singapore?

My bike were "on hold" at bikeshop since today untill settle owner transfer.

 

officially...the bike is SOLD.

i would suggest we all meet up at Dam 1st ,since tiz is gonna b our 1st ever outing 2gether,wit every1 gonna b present.then,the next outing,once every1 already know 1 another well,then we'll decide on the journey up north..tat way,we'll hav betterbonding,safer.don't u think so,bros?
