Btw my stock gtr comes with Bridgestone bt021. But tried riding on small drizzle rain and found it kinda damn slippery.. Front at 280kpa, rear 290kpa.

 

Anyone here using other tire brands with reasonable milleage but good rain grip.

 

Was considering metezler z8 actually.

Z8 goooooood shiok...anyway the tyre warms up darn fast even if I pump 290kpa front and back

Hi hamster, thank you for your reply. $23 is seriously steep for a oil filter. Actually there is no big technology involving oil filter. As long the threading and O rings match, it can be used. Of course you may want to take note the "capacity" of the filter. Some longer and some shorter. I assumed using a bigger one is better than a smaller one, provided there is enough space for it.

 

It is also a commonly known fact that Honda and Yamaha filter are common. It only after getting a Kawa then I know Kawa can use Honda and Yamaha ones as well. Well, I guess only Suzuki is the odd one out. But you may want to know Honda oil filter are actually quite well build. However I noticed the motorcycle one are abit shorter than the ZX14 one, while the car one are slightly longer. I guess I will use the car one for the next oil change since there is enough space on mine.

Yesterday I was checking with one of the bike shop on the 2014 special edition zzr 14 with factory equipped Ohlins and akra system. The akra system is not approved. Anyone knew about this?
