Last time they had Runway cycling.. Think we have to wait for some MP or MP's son/daughter who love motoracing to pop up den got hope..

no way man.. given the very stringent rules of runways in singapore, i dont think they'll ever allow seletar airport's runway to be used.. bcuz there are no other alternative airports. it facilitates several cargo companies' flights and flying school plus some private jets. If seletar is closed, the flying schools there cant operate for that day, small private jets and the cargo planes have no where else to land in singapore. changi airport is reserved for commercial flights and big jets.. and non-sg-military planes arent allowed to land in tengah airbase or other military bases in sgp. there was once when an idiot student pilot landed in seletar airport and skidded his plane off the runaway.. the airport was closed immediately and maintenance team went to check on aircraft and runway surface for any debris. the rest of the students had to circle above for an hour because they werent allowed to land at other airports. this is why sgp's got the highest level of safety.. the runaways are spotless.. that's why after every touch-down, the runway is checked for loose debris or damage.
