Bro, the item no 1...does it have a serial there? not the no3..was recommended by my mech to get it from jb. Cheaper and high availability..

oic, that piece is easy, just a bit expensive.

currently no more leak...sent to shop the mech put sealant glue to cover it up...so far so good..

dont think can weld..its aluminium i think...

Well i'd just scout at jb next week for parts. Or any solution i can.. Bikes too nice to leave it like that...

can be weld back. :)

OR

Use epoxy glue(steel glue).

yup currently the mech used the steel glue..hmm any place u can recommend for welding? :) but its more than a crack..like a small hole which caused the engine oil to drip like a tap..

Nothing is more deceiptive than a smile.

Managed to replace the magnetic coil plate using EX5 parts at the lorong bapok there. Quite cheap RM65 = plate (rm30) + oil seal (rm20) + engine oil (rm15).

might be considering ex5 engine upgrades

wah for me.... ive done in many places in JB.... dont ask how much i spend lah...

but if it was truly done.... i think you buang ard 500 - 600 sg ah....

full convert ..

ex5 head, piston , block, gearing, TS125 carb, and got lah here there...

i mean the dripping is not suppose to be lah..... but its one of the most common symptoms in a cub....

once you over REV for quite a distance.... can confirm with you ... one of your gasket will leak... then you have to change gasket again!
