No lah, the pic taken by fx. Thinking of the same questions as well, regarding pillion riders....:)

hmmm found this.... i'm going to try repair it this weekend...

Semi-auto Transmissions (Gearbox & Clutch)

Adjustment of the clutch should be done with the engine stopped. The adjustment screw is located in the centre of the pot shaped extension to the right hand transmission side cover.

1. Slacken the locknut.

2. Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise one turn.

3. Turn the adjusting screw clockwise until a resistance is felt.

4. Turn the adjusting screw about 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn counterclockwise and tighten the locknut without allowing the adjusting screw to turn.

5. Ride the bike and make sure it changes gear cleanly and that the clutch does not slip when going up hill.

yes, i had try adjust for him previously, seen no not much help.....

for you, when changing clutch plate,

ask for change to harden clutch spring for increase the friction plate pressure. :)

i riding a sachs madass, using a honda cub engine, i replaced my timing chain and tensioner just 2,000km ago, now the chain slapping sound is back again. is it the norm or something else?

Late last night, I saw a beautifully restored AQ plate round headlight c70 on the PIE, done up in sparkling blue paintwork that also covers the legshield, adding a touch of the owner's personal taste. We rode together for a while admiring each other's bike but of course, I was the one drooling all the time. I could tell that the owner spared no efforts, not just in getting a quality paint job but also in ensuring that the body parts - solo seat and rack, exhaust, back gantung, etc are of the correct type for his model.

There are not many fine looking roundlight c70's around these day. Lately, been seeing too many half cooked hybrids converted cheaply from square lights, some claiming to be 'classics' with bolt and nut restoration when in fact most are merely just head and tail conversions with cheap chrome parts to give a temporary new look.

jayel, i think i saw the same round lamp c70 single seat at TPE. I think same bike , same guy.
