tt night went jb told the mech that my bike very hard to start when it was left overnight..

now worst: easily start when cold, but once idle the engine dies off ..

backfire umple of times too...

think they idling they set very low... abit pek chek...

gg back to scold them the next time, urgh, say until very confident & proud tt the bike cold sure able start but now another problem occurs ..

Haha... Full service (Over Haul) Ice cream plus down water ard $228 if i.m not wrong... U hav to park ur bike there for aday! :D

About the Full Service, Just to Share...............

 

Did @ JB ah gua lane with my MEch Recommandations......

 

Clean Blk, Piston, engine (front) take out Farings.......scarp some carbon, rust and Also CLearing of Deposits ..........Clean Carb and Tuning........Change GAsket and engine oil (motul 15w50) and spark Plug

 

Now Gear shifting is smooth, pickup is better...........

 

Less Vibrations while riding.......... can Drag gears...better accleration.....

 

Overall... A better and more effiecent Engine........

 

Now still testing the Milleage after the servicing...........

 

see Got improve....will post in for Reference again...........

 

Btw.total Cost Rm120!!!!! how ? cheap u all think???

i riding wave-i .. not sure wad is needed to be done.. i reaching 10,000k already.. can any1 tell mi wad to do?? wad to change.. wad nt to ...

 

n .. jb ah boy de shop name is wad.. any1 knw? cos managed to find 1 along de tunnel de.. but nt sure whether issit dat 1..

 

i need a new pair to tyres oso .. any recommendation for price n .. brand etc? cos my singapore side de mech. quote me 1 tyre.. $40++ soft compound.. and was feeling reali ex.. so decided source ard whether is it cheaper inside or in singapore cheaper..

For cheap tires....Get Dunlop low profile tt900...........

 

Around $35-$40 too .....but i think the price may be lower i guess..........

 

 

Use Duro also nt bad.......... sing have but the price i nt very Sure.........

The shop is xing hock.........

 

The mech there all chinese , friendly.........prices are ok..........

 

The whole process of the service takes 2 hours plus.......

 

 

if you dont mind the wait............

 

My bike milleage has improve a bit......... now full tank 3litres run around 150 km.

 

Vibrations nt so fierce................

 

Of course regular oil change and CArb washing is Recommanded.........

Around 10k can do one time..........

 

 

For mi, i did it at around 20k...........

 

 

My FY plate aready 25k liao.............

 

I Also Dunno how i can ride my baby to this Extend........

Topic : HELP! vibration.

Description : bike vibration

why is it that my bike starts to vibrate vigorously after 60km/h usually about 70km/h i can start feeling it already...the pillion footpeg feels like those Osim leg massage machine man...anybody can help? my chain and sproket was changed about a year ago...not sure bout the size. does it help if i do a full servicing + change chain and sproket? how much would it cost in JB?

Check out wat Footrest u sing......some footrest are nt suitable for our pillon, and they always create noise or sound..........

 

and vibrate loudly.........

 

 

check if thats the Case.........

my fren just went to change last sunday due to his vigourously vibration at jb ahboy. he then inspect, open the block n say that his piston nearly seized. therefor overhaul and kena running in.

so all i gotta do is change the timing chain? how can i know its time for changing? nothing else is wrong with my bike except for the vibration. no backfire or stuff like that.
