I hope some kind souls can help me out here, when I turn my bike's handlebar from a standstill position, there is a creaking sound akin to a door that isn't oiled. Is there anyway to fix this creaking sound problem:confused:

mine also like dat... but i know wads the reason behind it for my bike... my front brake hose interferes it when i turn and it caused the sound.

Description : X1 no clutch engine keep dying

i jus bought a 2nd hand x1 with the plate FY..my bike will die off almost everitime i stop at a juntcin..so i went back to the shop n e mech say i shld warm up my bike b4 i start..so i did..

bt funny thing after i park my bike say for 1 hour,i still need to warm up,my fren was shock n he say there is sumtink wrong with the bike..so i go back to the shop again..this time he say maybe need to change engine oil...so after i mth of using i change engine oil..bt nx day still same problem..wen back to the shop,he say now need to change spark plug..so i did...nx day still e same..

n rite now he say i need to wash my carbruettor..

now im so fed up with it..i wonder wats the problem,i yet to wash the carbruettor..now all i do is warm up the bike wen im going off..but wen it rains,even how long i warm up the bike,it still will die off!!

so to all SBF members can u pls help me...mine is a no clutch x1

i think either u have to change ur change ur spark plug or u do full service, than u try to pull chock and let it run for awhile lor.

i change spark plug oreadi...n b4 move off i pull choke n run it for a while..wat do u mean by full servicing??

try adjusting up yr idling speed.

if u still can't work, try adjust e free-lay of yr clutch.

could it be carb tuning?

try washing the carb and ask the mech to tune it for u properly

full service = change ur engine oils, spark plug, wash ur parts, u wan further detail check with bike shop cause different bike shop got different kind of servicing

wat i heard from the old bird mech, cub dun need a fullsev. u just change engine oils, spark plug if sometime idling to low u just need to tun.,tat is wat they say to me. i always do the same thing.hope can help u.

Hi all, I have been riding my wave with no problems for about a mth or so, then on and off for this past week, when I am travelling at gear 4, the bikes would suddenly engage to neutral, I dunno if it is engaged to neutral cos when I see the gear indicator, it is still at gear 4, except for the fact that there will be a revving sound of the rpm and when I throttle, it would jerk and after awhile, it would be back to normal.

 

Anyone know what problem could it be? And also, I read about full services in this forum, what does a full service comprise of and roughly after how many milage should one do a full service?

hey bro...i know what do u mean by ur prob...coz im working pizza hut and their bike der also got d same prob like urs. ders something wrong wif ur gear...i suggest u go shop n ask dem to fix it for u. anyway..if u dun intend to fix it, ders actuali a trick where u will not encounter d problem. when u changing to gear 4, u must close throttle fully n kick the gear lever hard. coz i always did that to pizza hut bike.

if u wanna use a racing fotrest like mine. that is d pillion footrest is attached together woth the racing footrest, then u dun haf to mod it. but if u buying a racing footrest that is seperated from pilion footrest, den u haf to mod it. u need to cut ur sideboard abit in order to fix 125z pillion footrest. neway...thnx for the compliment on my bike. its nothing actuali..

do ur bike hv petrol pump? it seem like the petrol cant flow smoothly. last time my cbr oso the same. when u stop, the idling getting lower n lower then die.

hey guys every morning when i start my bike it will comfirm to have those "ta ta ta" never ending sound until the engine is hot den the sound will go off. when engine cold again the sound will come back.

Just did a overhaul on my wave125.

-new piston

-new con rod

-new gasket

- etc....

 

B4 overhaul alot of white smoke, after overhaul no improvement lei...

Currently still running in, izzit after run in then white smoke will go off???

 

any idea howo come like dat, izzit a norm????
