2012 Yamaha YZF R6

First I want to thank you for your interest regarding my bike. The bike is in perfect condition, with no scratches on it, no damage, fully paid. It has all the papers and documents and I am also the first owner.Has 11,023 Kms and a 600 cc engine, the COE is valid until 25-05-2022.The price is 6,200 SGD including the shipping to your address,THIS IS ALL THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TO OWN THE BIKE.The bike is registered in Singapore so when you will receive it you will don't have to pay any additional import fees.

I recently moved in United Kingdom with my job,I work for the Embassy Of Russian Federation here in London in the Cultural Office.I shipped my bike here in London with the intention to ride it but I noticed that it will cost me a lot to register it here so I decided to sell it back in Singapore because is still registered there.

The payment will be made through Amazon Payments, they will keep the money until you will receive the bike, test drive it and decide that you really want it.

If you are interested in buying it please provide me your full name and address so I can initiate the deal through Amazon Payments.

You need to decide soon,at this price the bike is not going to be on the market for long.

Thank you

Dmitry Maevsky

He was able to provide all the documents to prove including selfie and passport photocopy.

New way to scam singaporeans? or its really some rich angmo offloading his bike quickly? He will not agree to ship to Singapore first before the deal is done, as in only when he receive the money via amazon, shall he ship the bike. Means your 6.2k will be stuck on amazon until his shipment arrived. Which I wonder how.. lol

Standard procedure if you want to try. Get the pic of the bike, the plate number, the registration details of it and call LTA or maybe onemotoring to find the details.

Conman uses fake photos. Anything that asks me to pay first, without seeing the actual stuffs, and without any chance of retrieving my money should anything screw up, I won't bite.

The 2014 Yamaha YZF-R6 will be launched in showrooms in October 2013 with a base price of USD$10,990. which is easily 14k SGD without all the tax... that bike is easily 27k OTR today.

If i got it say 3 years back i prob got it at say 23k? So after riding it for 2 years... say i'm generous... i'll try and sell it at 15k at least...

Usually when it sounds too good to be true... it usually is... They can even create a false website to look like yahoo and the shipping company and let you believe the bike has been shipped and something...

Here's a link of some scams around... quite interesting to see how many of those scammers are out there fishing for easy money.

If you can get the LTA transfer with the bike physically next to you then you pay the $$$. Yeah go for it. Else ..........

Not able to get him to ship first, he insist I pay him by amazon first. Then his lawyer will arrange to ship the bike back to Singapore.

He claimed that he will issue refund if I dislike the bike. He was able to provide me his passport photocopy, NTUC income with his name, selfie with the bike lots of bike photo.

My guess is he must had stolen the real owner handphone if hes really a conman

but srsly, anyone tried it? notice he have 2 separate ad for 6.2k, one earlier in jan

Be prepare to lose your money should you decide to buy his bike.

1) Since he had shipped out the bike out of singapore, he can claim back the COE balance from LTA. Y didn't he do that when he relocated out

If 6.2k is what you are willing to lose to take the gamble... then good luck... you need lots of it.

Personally i think 99.9% you'll lose the money. but there's always that 0.1% hope... that maybe... and maybe... To be truthful to you. i think 100% you'll lose the money. If i'm wrong i'll buy u dinner. Seriously :) if i'm right then u buy me coffee :) deal?

My advise to you would to walk into a shop and just use that 6.2k as down payment for a R6 that u can see touch and feel. Then ride away in 2 days time.

Full of Bullshit. U cannot bring out a singapore bike out like that. U need to dereg inorder to be exported. No actual bike infront of me no money out from my pocket. Simple traditional deal.
