just came back from J.B

Reach there ard 10am and that J.B Ah boy haven't open and so went to another bike shopby the name of Hock Guan before J.B Ah boy.

Price for Racing boy spoke rim(size:160 x 17inch) without hub and TT900 Tyre front 80/80 and rear 80/90 after bargain willing to sell me at RM$300 but end up i bought the Black colour sport rim(160 x 17inch) but price at RM$310 together with another tyre call Racing V(VIVA) Made in Malaysia. Front is 70/80 and rear is 80/80 (didn't want to use 80/90 for the rear becoz the profile is too high and look ugly)

If the front put 80/80 have to add in another Rm$10

The bike shop boss told me that Dunlop TT900 is for tube tyre and not tubeless but still can be use for sport rim tubeless but the air pessure might leak slowly. Is it true?

Does TT900 only come in Tube tyre? Can anyone verify? How about the tyre that i using now Viva Racing V, have anyone tried this tyre before?

Actually i prefer spoke rim but think of the tube, might punture easily and so decided to use sport rim. Also bought the Posh black color chain guard at RM$12.00

haha..

i using back my ORIGINAL spoky rim with TT900.

think he trying to sweet talk u out lah.

abt e 'leakage' of air, i think is bull sh*t.

if e tire is meant for tubless, it won't be SUITABLE for spoky rim in e 1st place. vice versa.

what he mean is that TT900 is for Spoke rim and not sport rim. Which mean Spoke rim got tube and so can use TT900 tire(same for yr orginal spoke rim) as for Sport rim using tubeless and so not recommend to use TT900. Anyway no harm trying on this so call Racing V. So far play a bit corner, still all rite. Btw the way, that shop name is called hock Guan.

the old batch of wave riders in the "Bike N Reviews -> Honda Wave" thread swear by this pair of tyres. Good. If not, better than TT900. :thumb:

most people had been using front tyres for rear use for small bike in track for THE past decade,so far no complain about anything.becoz there not much good tyres for smaller cc bike availble.why make a big fuss.IF WANNA USE JUST USE LOH,MAKE NO DIFFRENT wherther it written for front use oni, just compare the 100/80 bt39ss and the 90/80 bt39ss they got the same grove and compound....hehehe

no offence, just my view of point on tyres.(who care)all up to individual.:cheeky:

any type of tyre also can play corner, it boils down to the rider eventually.. :thumb:
