yes, modding a semi auto wave to manual wave IS indeed possible...

thats the answer to the first part of your question....

i cant advice you on how much it'll cost... ask your friendly neighbourhood mechanic?

cheers!

I had seen a Wave 125 used for Cub Race, fitted with Manual Clutch. The right side cover was different from the stock one. Not sure taken from which bike though.

Another point to share.

When u change gear in wave, u are actually disengaging the clutch and then gear change. fitted as one mechanism. try dropping gear, but slowly lowering ur gear lever, and it will feel like a sports bike dropping gear.

actually, i am getting bored riding a bike without clutch.

Don't just break your laptimes, SHATTER them!!

but wen u drop gear slowly..u can hear the engine very noisy like the clutch plate slipping lik tat

Hi,

I am quite a newbie to this forum, basically i have rode a naked bike most of the time, just recently, saw SPARK 135 CUB. THINKING of changing to SPARK 135, Notice that it comes with semi auto gear(without clutch), love the idea of not having the clutch, but worry about the durability compare to those with clutch.

Hope to hear from the experts especially those ride this bike? SPARK 135 riders, your comments please.

terms of maintenance, which is better, with or without clutch?

Possible name me the pros and cons.

Thanks

I'm riding a clutchless spark now. It's very cool juz turn and move off le. Then trap at traffic light or traffic jam no need to hold clutch. But then, when i accidently throttle off then some times jia lat. Depends on you. But if you wanna upgrade, get a clutch one.

thanks for your reply, it seems that you prefer to have a clutch bike than a semi auto sparks, why so ? any reason

if i am getting a spark , i want to repaint it, make it looks like a sport bike. Really cool. I have seen some sparks, really nice. Itchy, so will consider repainting the bike even it is new.
