hi guys.. if you are thinking of bringing your phantoms up be prepared to ride at least for 10 hours or more..

 

but it will be better as you won't have to stop over at every petrol stop but every 2-3 stops will do .. that will save alot of time but is dangerous as you would be riding at least 1.5 hours between each rest..

True, last time went to K.L, 5 hours already tiring.

Go all the way to Cameron Highlands 10 hours, probably 12 hours sure shack out.

Got into an accident just now near the junction of braddell road and upp serangoon road. I was riding on the second lane from the left and a car came out of a minor road and turned into my lane. I couldn't brake in time and hit his front bumper. Damage to the bike wasn't too bad according to ah chong at planet when I called him later, damage to myself was just bruises and cuts on my legs.

 

Funny, wearing an armored mesh jacket, armored gloves and FF helmet didn't really protect me this time. Not that I'll stop wearing them of course...

That a good place to go on a 2B bike, should not be a problem on a phantom but travelling speed should be 110-120

in what sense your jacket, gloves and ff helmet didnt really protect you? looks like you got yourself a good set of riding gear already!

Haha, what I meant was that the only parts of me that hit anything were my lower legs, so the gear didn't get its chance to do its job at all. Lucky I was wearing SAF boots though...

Wah that sucks man... have you made a police report? go to a NPP and make the report ASAP. They may redirect you to TP HQ to make the report which you should do as well.
