why dont u get after market mirrors... some cool/cheap mirrors can be found at ah boy.

 

stock mirrors are more expensive.. (OEM stock)

 

unless u can get someone selling dirt cheap

 

True, but my previous mirror rust away easily. So i thought getting stock ones are more safe and last longer

Time: 2.00pm GP esso. 2.30pm sharp we'll depart.

 

Venue: Pulai waterfall in afternoon & attending Pastor Raymond church worship in Permas Jaya @evening 7pm ( 2nd yr anniversary celebration of his church.)

 

Distance: Entire journey less than 150km.

Max speed: 110km/hr

Food: Free Buffet at Permas jaya church at 7pm.

Swimming?: up to individual, but no changing room & toilet facilities.

What to bring: Bring rain gears. We'll continue riding if it rains. Slippers, if you want to walk in cooling water.

Prayers request: Pray for fine weather, wonderful joyous fellowship in His holy presence. Pray for Jesus' protections upon us - that His army of angels will surround us & safeguard us from harms & dangers.

a sunday trip... sounds really good to me... since I'm free on sundays...

 

but the dinner at church... it would be so awkward for me... and I can't wander around to eat somewhere nearby... :cry:

Hey guys gotten into an accident or should i say a freak accident..

 

I was going to my client's place today and was traveling around 30km/h slowly cos i was looking at the signboards when a car from behind wanna cut me.. But cos the road is a small road with 2 way the car have to cut into another lane. Juz nice another car came from the opp direction then car 1 nv see if i'm there swerve into me and i had to swerve my bike left..

 

When i e-brake, my bike stopped but then cos there is construction on my left and road is sandy, i slipped and fell, my shin caught in between the kerb and my bike.. wow, the pain is so sharp i totally almost blacked out and no energy to pull my bike up.. I struggled for about 1 min almost blacking out cos of the pain when an old uncle ran over and helped but cos no str to pull up. Luckily got a nice phantom rider stopped and pull the bike up with the uncle..

 

He helped me up + also took a pain killer spray used for soccer player to help me spray my injury. Got a hair line crack on my shin. Lucky another guy helped pushed by bike to a bike parking lot and put coupon for me.. dam nice pple around..

 

Ending of story, the driver ran with no one witnessing the situation.. The pple only can when i shouted for help.. -.-'' Overall, singaporeans are still helpful for injured pple.. But the driver is still an arse to run..

 

But very very very thanks to the phantom rider who helped me today.. Super nice guy.. Hope you see this msg.. Really thank you very much.. I'm riding a red vers with spec3 design s4 at ann siang road. Super thanks again.

yesterday went to mustafa for the first time in my life... LOL omg one shop across 2 buildings 6 levels...

 

bought an IU cover... and I tried to put on my IU... it doesn't fit! sigh... it was meant for cars IU only... so I gave my friends instead... $7 flew away :cry:

 

anyway... I saw the range of stebel horns... now I'm thinking of how to hide 5 pipes on my bike...

Mustafa really worth buying. If my memory serves me right, it's $20 only. :)

Went there a few days back too, to get some spanners. $1.50 only. :smile:

Place really crowded, but the thing I like most shopping at Mustafa is that they give out free Cable ties to every single customer, as long as you bring your own bag! :D

Motorcyclist are the nicest people on the road, try not to kill us.

yea I definitely have to replace the chui tools in my phantom... the wrenches are rounding my bolts...

 

actually... I like the $92 horn...

 

anyway silent hunter, arthur said that you are one of the few who knows how to get to a&w at 2nd link... maybe you can drop the address / directions in here or the friday outings thread... we are considering heading there...

5 pipes? Im itchy for a rear crashbar and to relocate my signal lights. but looking at how it was mounted, i think my rear box would have problem and i dun think madman would carry the special screws.

By the way, my Bike and Rodman's bike are twin sisters. :D

 

The A&W route has to be verified. Heard that the A&W outlets are closing. :(

Best to confirm that they are still opened before going.

Motorcyclist are the nicest people on the road, try not to kill us.

my phantom should be heavier than yours.. considering mine have a 45l top box as well.. and side box instead of what you are having.. haha..

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.
