Usually there's an allen screw to tighten onto the bolt head.

 

Is cover over the Hex head.

coz its illegal to use red n blue blinkers... its for police only, red is for fire brigade... civilian can use yellow only i tink... but since it's led, u wont be able to tell it's colour unless u on, so it sld be ok as long its not on...

of course they are illegal... I have plenty of LED on my bikes as well...
