It's been released for ages just never imported into Singapore. Bike production on Serangoon Rd said they will have a shipment in around this time of the year but the last time I checked with them was about 2 months ago. Will swing by one of these days and check it out.

Hi, im greenhorn to this forum. I have an X1 for 3 months, it is a powerful bike for its class cc.

Have heard that X1 bike use for circuit race in Thailand and lots of accessories for this bike plus modification. Anyone with X1 in here, have tried any mod or accessories?

anyway are u referring to cosmetic or performance mods?

the fiercest X1 w/ spore registered plate i've seen so far was riden by this malay guy who i've seen working in LAB before

 

saw his bike in JB ah gua lane

performance pipe

cut front lower fairing + front mudguard

upsized front brakedisc & aprilla kind of brake calipers

racing footrest

racing plug cable

but couldnt makeout whether any mods were done to carb or engine internals

 

anyway he was at the shop to remove the taillight assembly & rear mudguard

super fierce~~

Hi Guys... Can NE of you tell me what your top speeds are with your Sonics? Im looking to buy 1 around december... mention the mods you have too... thanxs.

Well, not too sure about the accuracy of the speedo but I've gone slightly over 135 downslope.

 

No engine mods.

my stock sonic can reach 145km/h in 4 km...just now i try at PG i reach only 130km/h(wif mods)

 

things i change:-

 

POP racing footrest

High Cam

racing CDI

SP carb

Domino Fast throttle

some kind of bottle to let hot air output

piston size 2 only

and stock pipe modified

 

 

thats about it...looking forward to get bigger piston

if u want top speed get a SP or kips..

1 thing i can vouch..

a stock sonic can win a stock win (pick up)

Guys... thanx for all the replys. It was actually mre of a decision on wether I should buy the Raider or Sonic, based on speed. I know now the Raider is faster.

Pls add mre replys if you can.

Yeah raider's 150 DOHC. Is it out yet? I'm not sure.. I would love a raider too! I don't mind having both. Sonic mod to a race cub and take it out for the next cub prix. And raider for a daily ride mod to mini-motard

 

Retlaw's right about the pick up of the sonic. It's really fast off the line as a stock bike versus other bikes in the same class.

mine ard 150-160km for full tank...tink stock can reach 180km full tank...
