for my firespec the hissing sound will kick in on 5th gear 5.5krpm onwards, the more i throttle the louder it is..

 

maybe the hissing sound frm helmet visor.. hahahaa

 

but i remember somewhere in this thread there is another user who claimes that yoshi better because there is this "hissing" sound..

Hi all yoshi user, i am helping my frd to ask some qn abt yoshi end can. My frd found a yoshi titanium selling at $380-$400, but hear fm him....the sound lost the bassy sound and become loud. Is this true? and $400 for titanium not firespec izzit reasonable price? i tink 2nd firespec cost $450 - $500 lidat bah... Anyone can help to answer my doubt? Thks

i believe firespec exhaust is rainbow in colour, be it half or fully rainbow. normal titanium is just silver in colour.

i dont think outlook makes any difference.. its the inside dat truly matters.. even so, if u want power then if only changing end can wont do much.. imho

use car wash soap will be gd,but remember to use clean water to rinse thru

I Know this is illegal but im just curious how fast n loud my yoshi can do.

 

Is there anyway to make our Yoshis louder?

 

I know if GPR, leo vince , Micron got silencers to remove to make it sound loud.

And another thing, is there a need to put fibre in our pipes? Like how we do in our 2b 2stroke bikes to soften the sound?

by right, Yoshi does recommend to change the fibre wool inside..

i dun think locally we had this service..

 

if you wanna alter the sound, it's the long baffle core inside the pipe.. by drilling bigger holes will have louder sound..

i know a place to change the wool.. but that mechanic is so gd he started another business. he is doing mechanic's job only for fun. u can find him at amk industrial park 2A just a few units down frm seng kwang. forgot the name

Nolah bro,catalyzer is in the headers,purpose is to convert those superb harmful emission into something lesser. The ones in endcan is more of making the sound emmisson lesser.
