Clarence: Adam's corner for supper, can consider. Haha!

Daniel: Which camp are you in?

Fazzy: think there is no street legal FS for R6, just keep aside $500 for summon. If not whenever you see uncle Sam, then ride faster than him. Hahaa!

Personally the sound is slightly better but what you're looking for is a significant difference in power delivery, not just the sound.

BTW, do any of you r6 riders with slip ons send your bike to dyno? Is it helpful. I'm on stock ECU mapping but i believe that there can be some tweaks to be made.

Alos, where can i do it and for how much?

I think its quite standard that we cant expect much power gain using a Legal FS, Then again, If we could gain much power it wouldnt be Legal!

if im not wrong, manual says to do valve clearance at about 42k. some ppl say 80k also can if bike nvr go to track. last i checked at a shop, they charge $250 for basic valve clearance.

Ok thanks bro... Sorry for the late reply... Any shop confident to recommend?

Try unique motors @ toh guan. I did my valve clearance there.

Valve clearance should be around $350.

Or maybe planet at Ubi? $250 to $280. Forgot exact amount.

Personally, I wouldnt go and remap my ecu or to dyno if I'm on only slip ons. I dont think there's any improvement in terms of fuel management or power. Maybe some gurus can enlighten?

Slip-on wont affect the air flow much due to the stock header having the cat box intact. If changed to full system without cat box then your air/fuel ratio will be affected more , which leads to unstable idling or over lean/rich combustion,

then dyno is more useful. Slip-on also can do dyno , but having a full system to do dyno to me its more worth the $ though.. lol. Just my personal opinion :cheeky:

Anyone know why my tapatalk cannot load this threaD? Other section like Garage sales etc no problem :sian:

Oh! I also had that problem.

All you have to do is not view the last page but skip a few of the blank pages.

Like last pg is 502. You press 500 to see the last post for the thread.

Hmmm... Don't know if anyone here will go in to JB via second link. Coz I usually go via second link.. No R6 kaki so far.. :sian:

I used to go in second link with my previous bikes but its just for fun, makan or group outing furthur up north. If going in purely for petrol not worth it leh.
