Minimum RON for our bikes is 95. So using 95 is safe according to manufacturer.

 

 

Yup. I just read the paragraph after "premium unleaded gasoline" it says 95 and above!!

 

But a couple of my friends discourage it though .. The reason being "less powerful" personally I think grade 98 gives you better mileage than grade 95.

 

How is your FS running along with grade 95?

Some info for you guys.. I'm being summon for inappropriate number plate(as mine is very small). My bike is park at my MSCP everyday as I only use it for track. LTA did not issue anything and leave it on e bike but they will send by post. I've illegal mods all over but did not ask me for inspection. So they have overrule by the sentence of their summon which is ( Under Road Act Chapter bla bla, you have been fine for whatsoever) but my bike is stationed at MSCP with spider webs but not on the road n caught by them. So guys jux cover ur bike n save some $$$ for more aftermarket parts.. Cheers

Hmm. I can't comment much on the better mileage cos I seldom pump 98. Being less powerful I would say it is rather not very obvious. Haha. For me I don't feel much of a difference.
