Glad I went for the Changi Village gathering. Don't know much, so listened in and picked up some info from the other experienced riders and drivers. Had fun following Kawi71 on bike - so fast! Feels like riding in MY, though we're on SG roads ... praying every minute no TP! :cheeky:

Hope to catch all you guys on some road trips soon! :thumb:

Yep, finally get to see some of you guys in the flesh!

Sorry didn't get a chance to speak to everybody!:cheeky:

"Suzuki is reaching its third year since the K5 1000 was launched. The GSX-R 1000 has been literally unbeatable both on road and track for two years. It is expected that Yamaha will launch a brand new R1 at the Intermot in Germany this autumn in an attempt to grab the superbike crown back from Suzuki." ~ Raptor & Rockets

Ok, u not fast, I slow ... haha, but fast or slow, as long as can ride in group ... damn fun man! :thumb: Remember following a bunch of 100+ cc bikes to PG at 100km/h oso fun. Used to ride bicycle & follow people around, but at 40, no more energy liao. :faint: Hainz, was planning to join BikeTech for their National Day round MY bike rally, but cancelled. Next time mayb we try gathering riding on bike & chatting on inter-com yeah ... somethin different from seated around table, kopi-style. :cheeky:

Hi all, some question to ask about taking a loan for this bike.

1)Izzit possible to fully loan an amount of about 15k?If not, whats the highest % that can be loaned?

2)What is the criteria to be able to take up the loan?

3)What is the roughly % of interest nowadays?7%?

4)Is the % of the interest if loan over a longer period of time or will it be the same just that the interest amount adds up to be more?

5)What is the longest period of time that can be loaned?

6)How is the interest being calculated?e.g.Assuming i take a loan of 15k over a period of 6 yrs,is it calculated as 15k x 7% = $1,050,$1,050 x 6 = $6,300.Is this the correct calculation?

Thx for all the help.

While I'm not into the makan thingy, I always enjoy long brisk-paced ride at sane speeds. :thumb: Kulai sounds like a nice place for a quick ride. Can't handle late nights and rain/wet riding though.

Anyone with news of people touring into northern Thailand, please let me know. Hope to reach up there at least once in my lifetime.
