hi guys, i was told by my friend that tonite especially orchard area gona have TPs(I do not know how true is this news but no harm letting you guys know) hiding with a figure about more than 10 so take care when riding.

already saw 2 TPs coming from scotts road to orchard ytd night arnd 10+... nt uncommon to see TPs there..

 

dun forget president stays at orchard road.. :angel:

saw u all talkin abt aftermarket exhaust backfirin durin downshiftin or close throttle after/at high rev.

 

i was wonderin whether is it only for certain brands of aftrmarket exhaust..or basically u can do it with a certain technique?

generally, in free flowing exhaust....when revs drop too fast, u will get to see back fire.

 

on stationery bike, rev it up and slam throttle shut, u will get to see back fire.

 

on the track or high speed riding, if u slam the brakes and drop gears, will get to see as well. only here, u will get multiple backfire

generally, i guess most of us do it without realizing.

Wah yesterday at yishun dam, saw this guy press his alarm then his 06 tail light, blink two times. Wah! so cool, i also want ley!!!!! =)

 

that's normal... u either connect the alarm to ur tail light or your signal lights when u arm or disarm... btw what colour is the R6 u saw? might be me... lol

Anyone has problem with R6 06-07 when u ride halfway there will totally be no throttle response and the error light lights up? It detect error code 59 which is the TPS error, after i clear the error in the diagnostic mode it becomes normal again... ride a while later it happens again... :cry: if i go Hong Leong, do i have to leave my bike there? For a few days? :cry:

eh..how come u get such problems. ur bike is new rite? you cant juz go hl n service straightaway,they normally ask u book in advance or sumthing. u might wan to try other bikeshop instead
