the shop does old bikes like MBX, RXK & RXS!

For ur info i do my bike in JB..i got a bike shop that i know for nearly 9 years..I fully done my bike last time nearly $4k.Most of the electrical and machanical parts is original...the shop that i respray my bike had close down..dont know. where already...

 

Yap chrome is nice but a bit troublesome to take care...im using it for nearly 8 years and now the chrome is starting to peel of..ii advice u just sent for polishing...im now thinking of re-do my chrome parts..on the verge of finding 2nd hand stuff now..

oh ok! wanna do a nice paintwork for my K and send my bike for chrome polishing @ e engine covers, fork, swingarm, block, fork stem.

wonder how much its gona cost me?! :faint:

u got any reliable motor shop here that can dismantle ur bike..or u can dismantle it urself?i do know the polishing shop at kallang bahru that i used to sent my chrome parts...i usually dismantle my self and sent it to the shop...rough idea for u is i ever sent the top block head for polishing..cost me $25...just recently..

Wah dah mcm street directory...thanks for the effort...heard about that too the shop at sungei kadut is a bit pricey...but that the nearest..i ever went to pioneer shop but a bit far leh..maybe have time can go..

 

What type of power tools u looking for?if the tools to open the magneto and to seperate the connecting rod parts..im sorry ..takde geng...i only have the impact driver..

 

Last time i do open my bike myself exp service,modified here and there...but now age catching up...dah tak kuase..everything bike shop do..haha..

 

 

hahaha.. no la.. i want power tools not for servicing, but for crafting..

i want a saw and drill.. hahaha..

bro if you want to do polishing then later on you must do alot oh TLC oredi to your bike...

 

my C70 engine case all is high polish..... then 2 weeks nvr maintain ah... wah... start to deteriorate oredi......

 

 

very tedious ah ...

So roughly how Ks here r in stock outlook? Meaning everything is still 'squarish'.

ah boy's currently having a tire promo. buy and get it installed for free!

 

wanted to get dunlop roadmaster for 45, but ah boy recommended vee rubber or shinco. headed down to the nearby workshop, topped up 10 to get duro (made in tw) for 55 instead.

my frens had bad experience wid duro tyres.

not much grip on wet roads.

prefer using tt900 dunlop or battlax bt-39

cheapest i find in the market for tt100 is abt 80 with installation

fyi japan is not making anymore tt100.

 

vee rubber and shinco copy the same as dunlop tt100.

 

see weileo tyre and you will know

 

 

my frens had bad experience wid duro tyres.

not much grip on wet roads.

prefer using tt900 dunlop or battlax bt-39

yap agreed with u..i dont buy any other type except japan tyre...dangerous bro..wet surface for local tyre is dangerous...possibilities for u slip is high...i ever do an E brake with loca tyre at 60km/h the rear tend to slip side way easier but not with japan tyre...yap cheapest is around $80..i love to use 80/90 Dunlop GP tyre..but now no more...

not quite sure abt the price..maybe between 50 to 80..how about u bring the tank to the shop...

yap that the problem..cannot leave water stain...it will leave a mark...i ever high polish my both super 4 vtec rim before...must always wipe dry..if not having difficult time polishing it...

can go ah boy...ask for japan tyre..both battlex and dunlop for 80 to 90 each..
