Wat I meant is that if I change from 6v to 12v, is that consider as illegal mod?

And if I request to change the IU to a 12v one, they will know...

not illegal la, but as bear once said, why do you need to change to 12v when 6v is already working so well, its the engine we need to take care of.

Not that I choose to..

But the previous owner has changed already for all the lightings to 12v and oso the meter to a rsz one but the IU is still 6v... I dunno how is that done but will find out more when I get the bike.

i got lobang... undertable, its the last time SAF issued gas mask bag( now SAF dont issue it anymore), squarish, dull green colour and waterproof material, he have a few in stores

 

should be smthing like this, as wat i use it last time

Actually I did some reading on the IU thing... Can only transfer IU from a deregistered vehicle. And transfer can be done at vicom and jic.

for those riding military styled k's , so far (no21 ,humvee and possibly kevin) this is a viable option to consider, its a nifty little bag plus it matches your bike too, ive used it before on my k during its "army theme" days, and thanks to bear who made it possible!

had an accident ytd. followed too closely to a car and cant brake in time. the brake didnt makan. hit the bumper, flung upwards and landed on the side. truck went past didnt hit me, but i felt the tyres....immediately looked at my fingers...still ok. bike also ok. only the foot rest and mirror were the casualties.

 

sucks man accident. now waiting for the driver to contact me. we were supposed to go to a car workshop to redo his bumper. dont know how much it cost. mine and his first accident. we did not know what to do -

 

me: now what? whats the procedure?

him: i also dont know

 

lol. i didnt take picture and all that. we just exchanged contacts and went our separate ways. the dent quite jialat. haiz...just found a job...havent even jamah first pay...have to pay for this. really unlucky. but a weird thing happened prior to the event. it was going to rain, but it wasnt raining. as i was exiting amk ave3 towards cte, i was splashed by water onto my visor. it wasnt raining, but it felt like someone took a glass of water and throw it onto my face. but it wasnt raining. and the car infront did not even wind down his window. minutes later on cte, bang. haha

 

do ride safely guys. and check ur rides weekly. i need to see js, need to change brakes already

Do u know any workshop? If go to the car owner's workshop, that workshop will definitely side the car owner and take the opportunity to will chop u up until nothing left... They r very gd at this...

hi guys, thanks for the feedback. just got back from workshop. to repair the bumper cost $200. i end up paying 264 to the guy in total. 200 for the repair, 14 gst and 50 for loss in use. its all black and white. all signed up. i have the form, will scan it later tonite. anyway, i did ask the driver if the 200 includes workmanship/labour etc etc i was afraid the shop will charge him more(note bumper not fixed, will be fixed on monday). he said nvm, he just want to get it over with, lol. so there u go 200 for the repairs.

 

twdude: will be heading to joonseng later to check on fork. everything seems ok, riding is ok, alignment all is ok. but will take ur advice regarding the fork.

 

sevenz: yeah was worried about that, but we signed agreement already and he seems like a decent guy
