want to check with fuel indicator float.

 

when i go steep downhill (my workplace MSCP) fuel indicator tends to show full (even at half tank) but it's very slow to go back to actual position.

 

i guess the float inside the tank is shifted by fuel level. but normally it'll go back to back to actual position in no time... now no more.

 

anyone has encountered before? isit normal or can i do some service about fuel indicator ? btw it's 6years old vtec1.

Its normal lah..no such thing as "normally" and nothing to do with your bike being how old lah.

 

When you tank is full and tipping from a steep angle than to horizon..the fuel is just like our wave here at Changi beach and settle fast.

 

If your tank is half full and as above...its like "Hurrican Katrina" and require more time to settle down.

 

If its close to reserve and as above above...its "Tsunami" inside your tank and takes awhile more longer than longer to settle down.
