Hey dudes, just got back from sarawak and sabah. Been MIA for outstation just for 10 days and like got so many things happened liao.

 

Anyways, I appreciate and love my bike so so much more. Couldn't resist just taking it out for a spin just now, less than 2 hours after touching down. The smoothness, the power, bear in mind I rented a bike in Kuching just for kicks, some old 2 stroke suzuki cupchai, with vibrations equivalent to a dildo on manic mode, as annoying peh peh pehhhhh sound as ever, with smoke emissions able to polute simei for the next 100 years. Such an experience makes you love your GSR even more.

 

In any case, to motofreak, i'll pass you the cash on the next meetup yeah? Still not too sure whether I'll be coming alone or with GF1/GF2. Lol. Will be free from next Monday onwards! See ya!

Not sure if this is off topic, but since the shop name, Guan Hoe was mentioned in this thread perhaps I would like to share my little experience.

 

It was the first time I called up Guan Hoe to check for the price of Front sproket shaft for my Suzuki bike (plan to get it and let workshop fix), the first question they asked was whether I was mechanic from a workshop or end user, so plainly I replied, consumer. He then told me around 180++ (got plus plus some more.. lol), for the same part I checked with EverSuccess, it's only $120 (but this shop they don't stock, so need to wait for 2-3wks). Just for an added info for you guys, I checked with KS too, and quoted me at $145 with stock available.

 

Truly cannot be lazy to check on prices, else kana slash oso dono. HiaZ

lol i knew it was you. givi side boxes with reflective stickers. so obvious sia. lol.. but then the radiator cover was stated as GSR600. that's why i was a bit shy. couldnt find u inside SSDC tho.

Spoke to him, he is ok except for some abrasion & back injuries. For his back he need to monitor closely. A taxi was responsible for the accident.
