I recently experience engine stall while cluth in... even on moving gear at gear 4-5.. engine stall when cluth in to change gear.. anyone experience this?

Check your clutch cable freeplay and adjust it accordingly. Probably the clutch isn't entirely disengaged from the gear train before you engages a different gear.

 

Also, make sure you throttle adequately as that might be one of the causes. Not enough power.

Check the clutch freeplay as what Lexanez says....and do check your idiling.....it should be between 1.1k and 1.3k as adviced by the manual. And NO it does not consume so much petrol if you set it to the recommended manufacturer's setting....Any lower then 1.1k is too low and will cause the engine to die off.
