u have the engine crash bar? if so, the rattling sound might be from the loose nut holding the two bars together. just tighten it will do.

 

i do not have crash bar... just sliders... anyway i do not know whether is that the normal sound of the engine or not

 

I also place my hand on the IU... so i dont think its the IU.

 

By the way, when im travelling at 70-80km/hr... sometimes there will be tick tick sound... is that normal??

maybe it's the countdown timer to the moment you can whack ur bike

Any idea how EFI bike can be tuned if it is not using PC3? Any device involved?

Cheapest option is of course Teka SFI. Tachyon Motors, Looi's and Unity has them. But they are not pretty precise tuning devices.

how much would a clutch lever cost? my bike was knocked down by someone today and the lever broke

Info, i bought 1 before... before the GST was 7%... the cost was almost $30..

from guan hoe...

 

So the cost now should be about $30++

Mine do also have the tick tick sound last time, at about 1 tick per sec, but now like never hear it already after about 8k on the milage.

obviously never watch speed before.

but in your case, your bomb in your bike will detonate when you go over 90km/h.

Anw, i'm just wondering, anyone here managed to get a hold of an english manual for the gsr? Is there even one? Else i'll take forever to translate the japanese manual

 

Also, i'm wondering how much does the side radiator cover costs? It looks damn cool. Last i saw on a UK website, 249 sterling pounds! geez!

 

PS. I'm another east rider, that always journeys to the west.

Hi guys, I'm selling off my Puig carbon-look windscreen which I got from Banditmania. Only installed on my bike for 3 days. It looks great and cuts wind buffeting to a certain degree but dun compare to touring-type windscreen as those are much taller.

 

Reason for selling is that I'm gonna change bike soon - honestly I dunno why I was so tempted to buy the Puig - guess I've aimed it for a long time since I got the GSR.

 

Anyway I got it for ard SGD$240 after conversion. Hoping to sell at $200 with free installation. Genuine buyers please PM or reply here if the Mods dun mind. Collection and installation is in East area (nearby Eunos MRT Station). Collection time after 7pm.
