hi guys, finally settled my bike exhaust. Managed to get the akra, wanted the arrow cos of time constraints. All i can say is that the cap that is screwed on to reduce noise really makes hell of a difference when removed. :cheeky:

Now that bike is finally in shape cannot wait to meet up with you guys.

Hi guys,

Sometime ago someone was asking if can change the speedometer light color. Anyone changed?

i believe i was the one who asked... anyway, i did some research and found out the leds in the meter are all soldered on, meaning if u wanna change then u got to remove the current leds... saw some pictures in some foreign forums, they change the leds to white, very nice i would say..

my insurance claim only allowed me to change the end can.

performance wise, i feel that the bike is smoother bah, cos din install a PC so guess not much to say in terms of performance.

Maybe juz the sound difference bah.

Full systems that are approved so far for our bikes that i know of are yoshi and the arrow system. Motorworld got the yoshi one goin for 1.8K. Arrow one think slightly more ex.

HI to all,

a stock FW 954 for 13k cheap? but have to change tire, battery and a pair of mirror.

How much would a new battery and tire cost?

Let The Good Times Roll.............

Just 1 tire? Best to get a matching pair. Depends on what's currently on it. Back or Front need replacing?

A new pair is about $400-500 depending on your choice.

yah. its a costly thing. I wouldn't have the budget for it at all, juz because of that accident. But in the case that the original is spoiled, in terms of price, an aftermarket is much better. maybe add a little bit of horses.

How much is an original pipe?

i called boon siew once to enquire about the original pipe.

the cost quoted is S$1200. maybe can get cheaper from bike shops.

thats the reason that i say rather get aftermarket.

$13k sounds reasonable. however, have to see the condition as well.

front n rear tyres battlax 020 $330 at HKL including balancing

battery $90

pair of stock mirrors someone selling at $90 for 954

No more regrets.

condition of the bike is ok, less the missing side mirror and some scratches on the side fairing due to stationary drop. mileage around 26000km.
