the valve shouldn't have any problems cause its controlled by the servo motor.... only if wat i know the servo motor gives problem and it costs 280 bucks. if the HTEV does not work then i think its just jammed due to rust. nothing GT85 can't solve.

Thanks. So does the servo motor spoil easily?

Hello guys,

Have you ever encountered this problem before?

- Turn on headlight switch but all the 4 signal lights on instead of headlight.

Fixed the problem by connecting an additional wire connected to main ground. This could have bypassed some electrical component (e.g. relay) ? need advice…

cheers

It's actually because of the earth wire connection of headlight was loose. the fellow dare not charge me with high labor cost as I identified the problem to him in the first place.

Basically endcan only connect to stock headers and mid pipe and cat at end of mid pipe must be removed if not cannot fix and no need PC. Full system will remove stock headers and mid pipe which will also remove the HTEV, will need PC cause if not will be blogging no low end ridebility, will also need to do flapper mod. Thats all i know, hope it helps... :cheer:

Wat to U mean by flapper mod?

in the air box. u have to open up the air box. if the servo motor spoil. the flapper might still be moving. my case is the servo motor is partially spoilled so only the HTEV can't open and close but my flapper can. the servo motor can spoil the opposite way also.
