So I guess you're implying that your buddies were "bad luck" because they didn't pamper you like a baby and go along with your ill-conceived plans.

Here's some hindsight for you....

- Your bad luck buddies helped you get your bike up the dirt slope when you were clearly unable to do so yourself.

- Your bad luck buddies took care of your bike and police matters while you got medical attention.

- Your bad luck buddies flagged down a truck for you.

- Your bad luck buddies negotiated some mechanics to go back to the site with the truck to retrieve your bike.

- Your bad luck buddies helped load your bike up the truck, then held the bike up at the rear of the truck in the rain for you while it was moving.

- Your bad luck buddies treated your wounds again at night.

- Your bad luck buddies also helped you to find a tow truck to get it back to SG and made sure that you had a way home, before finding a way home themselves

You're truly unlucky to have such bad friends.

Or perhaps... it might be vice versa, if they had known this was the end result of it all.

If those buddies were selfish and indifferent, they would have continued the ride and left you behind.
