New ice-cream place!!! So i will share my review here.

 

Although it is Ben & Jerry's, but the new outlet is at DEMPSEY ROAD. The name is CA California. Nice ambience.

 

Review: I went there for my regular dose of ice-cream. The ambience was good. There are indoor and outdoor sittings. Outdoor sittings are quite limited to just 3tables, but they got swings as chairs. upz for that.

 

As for the indoors...Once you step in, you feel comfortable and warmth. The setting is like laidback countryside lifestyle. Children are most welcome. If you find your kids annoying and noisy, just dump them inside the kids area and let them draw the whole day. For the adults wise, there are ice-cream, food menu, and a bar serving cocktails, wines, beers. Sittings are a bit hard on those wooden chairs, but you can grab the sofa area by spilling ice-cream on other customers.

 

They play music by Lifehouse etc...Overall, a cool place to chill. Spending wise for ice-cream itself is ard $10 or less. Alcohol is ard $12 and above. Everything is subjected to GST and service charge.

 

They close on monday,

Close at ard 11pm for weekdays,

Close at ard 12am++ for weekends.

 

BEST THING IS...THIS PLACE IS ONLY ACCESSIBLE WITH OWN TRANSPORT...THEREFORE, THERE ARE NO STUDENTS CHOPPING THE SEATS AND STUDY ALL DAY LONG. THANK GOD!

A laid-back ice-cream parlour with American-styled creamy rich ice-cream, this is a place to head for if you want a booze buzz but still look angelic about it. The rum & raisin could go up in flames if you light it, although the raisins are pebble-hard and petrified. The champagne chocolate also tastes like a moet & chandon bottle had been poured into the tub, while the horlicks flavour is the genuine article, but can be a tad too cloying after a few spoonfuls. Each scoop sells for $2.50 and takeaway tubs are $8 each.
