actually the bigger the bike better,the s4 easier to do the pylom thingy..lol,using the cb750 abit hard,den in fact it shld be easier due to the stabilty of the bike,1nce u go and prac,can liao...

I have problem with getting the gear into gear 2, no matter how hard i kick, it always go into neutral:cry: . This always happen at pylon slalom.

 

Any advice for me??

clutch in fully, kick harder than normal as though the instructor has failed you 5x and you're fed up and it'll go up. Even if it still happens, kick up once more from neutral, driving centres' bikes are not normally in tip top condition, just ridable thats all.

If i clutch in and kick again, it will give a horrible crunching sound from the gears.

 

Anyway from gear 1 must i be accelerating up to a certain speed before kicking to gear 2?

sometimes when you're at it, better ask bbdc instructors. You paid them for it on the S4 right? if you don't get enough speed before you change gear, you're going underpowered and who knows you might just get yourself falling down when navigating the turns.

the crunching sound which u described is due to the rev which u throttle when u tot u went to 2nd gear.

 

and yes, you need to pick up your speed in order to engage to 2nd gear smoothly.

today went for my 1.01.. can say the s4 suck sia the handling.. compare to the s4 i usually ride.. den the bend after the ebrake there i corner too fast.. den kenna my shoe n the bike slide got shock sia lols..

hey hey.. i ride 125z dun corner nor speed.. safety numb 1.. ride s4 @ circuit.. wana drag n open vtec hear the sound got anot.. no chance.. @ ebrake tat part i wan open liao.. but the Q so long den the gt those class2 ppl see dun 1 la paisehz.. wait my SP then i try.. see the bike got power anot.. hehs.. and also use to the stupid bloody handling.. they shld down the fork and set the suspension lah damn them..

2a/2 no road.. only circuit =) no chance.. unless i SP in circuit see no ppl WHACK AH!! short distance can whack liao but the response nt power enuff.. i shall try..

yes they haf vtec.. they r spec1.. but the vtec sound not obvious due to the restrictions...
