today my bike suddenly die off while travelling. Luckily it's down slope.

He said to open up entire engine and change parts can be done in one day

but big problem will occur if u need to chnage piston to bigger size

he need to send to lay block in factory

so only next day u can get bike

 

Larkin guy said

u can do entire engine from 9am till 3pm including rebore block piston cause he has his own machine in shop.

But u must bring all the items u want to change

example crankshaft set

 

 

Kangkar tebrau guy said

he has everything in his place but need about 9 hours job

but he also said make sure u know what u want to do

plan carefully all the things and do it.

otherwise only can get bike next day

 

as i said to u

do ur homework....

above in this page i have tipped u with all the dealers

just call them for spare part availability first and then fix the price.

u must plan first.

nice maintanance. Just collected my bike last friday. Gear 1 and 2 engine brake not effective, esp gear 1. Do i need to run in further or look for another opinion?

Hello all! Ethan here. Been riding for 6 years, and i've just bought a spark110!!

 

1st ride was NSR SP150,

2nd ride was RVF

3rd ride was a Cbr1000rr

 

and now its a spark110! got to downsize due to having a shared car with my wife. And i'm clueless about maintaining this spark 110. Any tips on what i should look out for? The maintainance etc?

2. Shell Rimula X diesel engine oil 15w -40 RM13

 

3. Welding iron holder for relay to body cause the relay no body contact and earthing failed.

 

4. cleaned omron electric starter relay. Tested all connection working

 

5. adjust wiring for horn

 

6. repaint black rusty body and welded iron.

 

7. clean and adjust throttle body electric starter button

 

8. checked carburator for water. Drained extensive petrol. No water found.

 

9. checked electric power and battery

 

Service charge = RM10

hi all! i just got my spark z and i'm enjoying the ride! Just wondering, i saw this video on the net where someone installed this remote start (keyless ride) on his spark z.. Is it okay to do that? will it ruin the coil or cdi for that matter?

I notice many bikes chain oil drop on bike parking lot floors/roads.

When other bike tire step on it .... think of it - danger

when chain oil drop on roads .... rain ... think of it - danger

 

when rain , oil will float and rubber cannot grip road

 

a lot of rain slipperyness accident caused by oil

 

danger for others, we die ok but how about causing others death - KO.

The staff did demo on how the oil penetrate and dissappears. EXCELLENT.

5. service front disc brake pump caliper cause pump harden

7. changed front brake pad - original yamaha RM28

8. changed air filter - yamaha original RM29
