For rusty screw, you can either change a new screw or use autosol and polish it away. For shining rims, use kerosene to remove the dirt and grime.

i use black colour sticker to cover up de cracks around de screw , btw my bike is black in colour .

Look very innovative..But what happens when someone just whack the alarm instead of cutting the chain? The alarm will be smashed into smithereeenss..Would it mean that the alarm is useless then? Anywho..The cover for the alarm looks really weak..

I am a newbie to this forum. I was looking for cheap bike products like side mirror, chain oil, 4T 20-50 oil.

Heard a lot about this LAB -> What is this shop and where is it?

Any other place anyone could suggest for the above mentioned items?

Also, I met with a minor accident a few days back, and the front of my bike (near the headlight) has got a few dents now. Any way to hide those dents for cheapest possible price?

LAB means Lim Ah Boy, it is at Kelantan Lane next to Jalan Besar Road, U see the hawker centre then U turn, U will C regina and LAB is just next to the road.

im using polyglaze products.. both for washing and polishing.. i bought it at a diy shop at compass point.. quite a good product as i could say..been using this for 8 months liao.. never tried any other brands... the washing liquid costs me $9 at 750ml.. and the polish is $9 for 350ml..

 

anybody wanna share their 2cents worth on that?

waxing is to rub the surface to make it shine.. the more u wax, the thinner the paint..

 

therefore, dun wax too much too.. basic cleaning and occasional waxing should be good enuff..

 

and i found out, some wax is mean for metal paint and some for plastic.. dun use one wax or polish for all.. later ur part starts to crack..

You need a deep cleaning product to bring out the white, I find that Maxima's Spray and Shine does a great job at this. Ordinary car wash products can't match this, they cannot bring out the white because they're not cleaning as deeply. It leaves a layer of carnuaba wax to protect from the elements.
