Using Racetec now...tried it on track....

I will never go back to any other tires...But beware...these tires are slippery when wet or cold.

But they stick to the raod like no tomorrow when hot and dry

get bat 020 for normal road usage. Used mine for 24,000km already, the rear can still last for at least another 10,000km, in fact, more coz the thread is still thick. no joke. the front changed b4 so cant comment much, dint really take notice the mileage used.

i pump 320kPa rear and front 270kPa, travel straight road most of the time. speed average 110lm/hr. $330 for a pair at HKL include balancing. value for money.

No more regrets.

Is conti road attack good for track??

Yeah i'm looking for info on the Dunlop Sportmax Qualifiers. Ask around several shops but they haven't even heard of it o_O

This tyre has been getting rave reviews and it comes stock on the 06 R6 :lovestruck:

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

So far I haven't seen any shop selling Dunlop Qualifier also..it's a OEM tyre for

06R6 indeed...Magz rated it to be better than Perelli DC...aS FOR RACETEC K2

most of my friend says it's better than Perelli SC2..??

I'm now using CONTI-SPORT ATTACK(HKL @$300) price gonna go up soon

and the other one is ROAD ATTACK...

The rubber of SPORT ATTACK is quite soft but haven't push it for lean/cornering

performance, gonna to try it on track... handling is good while on the move

but feels heavy on the bar(turning of handle) while stationery on tarmac due to it's soft rubber digging in ???

ANY COMMENTS OF THIS "SPORT ATTACK" WHO IS USING / USED IT ??

Let the good times roll .

And my friend was telling me how he dun trust the oem tires on his 06 r6...

Anyway, the SG agent for conti tires is selling sports attack at $260(Friend went asking for a 1000cc profile) per pair without installation..

Am planning to get it from the agent and bring it down to bikelab for installation which would cost another $50...

Would have went to HKL buden i dun trust their balancing skills..

Sportec M3 is gonna launch soon with a price tag of $450 for > 600cc..

In this case, i believe u r wrong..

Anyway, gd tires doesnt come cheap and fyi..Sportec M3 for 250/400cc is $400..A pair of SC Pro 2 would cost $500+ and a pair of DC should be around $480...

The tyre

1. Supercedes Sportec M1 range.

2. Performance comparable to the "old" Rennesports/RS2. (according to JR)

JR is gonna launch this in PG..

Read more @ PG Launch of Sportec M3

Anyway, it's a relatively new model from Metzeler to replace Metzeler M1..
