You guys happen to know if ur bike auto revs whenever you start ur bike?

 

I went to the bike shop, adjust the throttle, to have some free play..

 

However it still have this problem, is there any possibility of the throttle cable

 

rusty because never ride for about 3 months?

IU, yes.. pay by cash... 150+++

 

Sports rim can be requested... but do note that even if its sports rim, its TUBE tyres.

 

somehow, good price and good afterservice usually dun co-exist... IMHO that is.

 

Try going to queensway area for various quotes on prices....

 

after you confirm buy your bike then you come in and ask again where to service. tell you now also no point.

Eh guys, my fren told me that the choke right? Best don't open fully. Cos it will spoil the bike when time to come. Best is to leave it close or open a bit only. Is this true? Cos now i put my choke only to 1/5. When i wanna play with throttle i usually have to open my choke more or not my bike will vibrate like asking to give more fuel. Any idea on this?? But cos i open my choke very low, my FC is dam good, 52km/l lolz.. first time.. lolz

you go ask your friend what he meant when he say.. "will spoil in time to come"

 

choke is to be used for cold start only... to introduce more 'air' into the carb for easy starting... if you really wanna play throttle and stuffs.. you should be tweaking the air/fuel ratio....

 

running bike with choke open causes your bike to run richer... which explains the higher FC... eventually carb flooding and backfire MIGHT occur....

Woah that's chim, thx refugee. No wonder he ask me no need to on choke. My FC now become better and i think i'll stick with it. But my choke only on 1/5 and my bike can start normally (1 kick). So i think i've no issue with it. Thxs a lot.

i dun suppose you would "on" choke while the bike is on the move?

I only understand as what someone has mentioned that choke is to help with enabling of cold start. after which the bike has idle as per normal, choke will be set to "off" .

I dunno, but then when i fully turn on my throttle, my bike will vibrate like calling out to me saying i wan more i wan more.. But when i on the choke, i can fully turn my throttle all the way and the bike will accelerate about 140km/h (tried once). Why is that so? As you guys and my fren said, choke only use during cold start. But then it will affect acceleration? or is my bike spoilt?
