Seems like this bike will soon take over from the Honda Wave in terms of popularity. Love the fact that it comes with a clutch option, monoshock at the rear and it's Liquid Cooled 4 Valve engine! :thumb:

dude this i donno la but it seems our thread moving real FAST hehehe...

u goin ah?okok i morning go breakfast wif family..after tat i msg u see u free anot..then go..i wan buy the tinted sticker..n maybe do number..

by the way..the lever how ah?how to do?the mech @ ah boy mk 1 leh..startin i tot nuthing..when i ride then i feel funny..hard to brake when my right leg resting on the footrest..

by the time i find out..too late liao..far away from ah boy liao..so i juz shoot back sg..lol

bro

i tink the rear brake pedal cant lower any further already leh...if not u dont really have much space left for the lever to move downwards when u depress the pedal

anyway changing footrest has got pro and cons lar

pro = can corner lower

con = cost + sacrifice on rear braking power

i did my mods learning the hard way :giddy:

1. changed to wave racing footrest (the mech had to shorten my brake pedal since it is too near the kickstarter and will kena bua dio when i kickstart)

2. realised rear braking effect is super weak

3. decided to spend the $$ for rear brake disc since i always pillion, so safety is more important

4. after fixing brake disc, rear braking effect improved slightly but still weak (the mech added a aftermarket customised bracket to mount the rear brake pump) couldnt figure out whether izit the parts (e.g lousy brake pump) or positioning of brake pump or caliper, etc

5. decided to take the risk and adopt the mechanic's recommendation to fix up SP racing footrest instead, as the footrest for SP comes with original mountings for brake pump

6. rear brake works great now and after going such a big round. i'm left with an empty pocket!
