Being a previous GSXR400 rider for 11 years, of course I would recommend the Gixxer 400. Not much problems and cheaper to maintain than the other two bikes. :cheer:

Bad points most probably will be the money factor, as its more expensive and higher maintenance due to its spark plug and infamous rectifier

 

Good points are usually powerful pickup and midrange, superb handling and riding posture. :thumb:

Aprilla 250.....good for pickup and light....good handling...not too good for distance as it is 2 stroke.....stress!!!

 

GSX400......relatively good bike....reliable but has got some carb problem history....good for distance.....a little rough as compare to honda bikes for the engine smoothness...

 

RVF....good but expensive bike.....good overall performance but I dislike the sound of the exhaust.....

how cum no CBR....

:confused:

 

anywae ... in term of honda bike.. its good in handling and power. Pick up will be 250 cc lo.. which goes without saying... suzuki also not bad but too bad technology is a bit old le... heard that suzuki can hit 240km/h .....

hehe.. i think you missed out on CBR and super 4.. of which i think more people would suport.. S4 is a good choice anyways.. my 2 cents.. :)

cbr came out in magazine stating in the top10 or 50(cant remmeber clearly) cornering bike in honda whereas cannot see rvf

Dont always believe the mags... trust our own road condition n our local riders more.

True.Mag test bike usually on track but then my CBR is quite stable in term of cornering

i ytd just try RS250 very nice ..

actally i like RVF but ex no money, den was thinking get a GSX 400 cheap mahz but heard alot of problem ..

i nv think of RS250 in the past cos heard ppl always say aprilla maintiance and parts very ex den very scare but after ytd my friends explain to me den i understand it's not true lorz.. after ytd den i noe RS 125 parts are more ex den RS250... :cheeky:

 

so nw first burget sports bike came across my mind RS250!!

Agree... but i believe RVF cornong is better than Cbr.. No offence.. cos they have rear shock while cbr doesnt have this technology..

CBR L model!!!! y nv put this bike???? fast , cheap n very durable bike... top speed also can hit 240 for stock.... is mod can go till 260km/hr... believe it or not! keke :cheer:

2003~2005 --> Kawasaki Kips 150cc , spokey rim , K&N filter , open stomach , racing valve , keihin cabraetor, front potting...

2005~2006 --> Honda CBR L model 400cc , stock bike...

2006~200? --> Yamaha R1 02 1000cc , K&N air filter , power abuser , grounding , ohlins damper , Micron race exhaust, hel brake hose... WTB~~ PC3 , after market header n single seater...
