i think it was 2007 season that ruined everything

well, think it at another site, 2007 results make 2008 even more interesting, Rossi on Bridgestone, while other on Michellin.. Yamaha needs to prove they can provide a good bike for Rossi..

many team sees they can actually looks elsewhere for "good" and "potential" riders instead of those existing MOtogp.. Stoner shows them, they no need to spend huge dollar$$ to get Championship rider.. :)

Pedrosa came from behind to snatch 2nd place in 2007..

for some reason, i dun like lorenzo.....but wat his done here is phenomenal...even pedrosa is behind me....unless wat happened in MSS rd1 has taken place here as well

somehow i did feel like u also.. think MotoGP sport riders r darn young.. making it like Kids sport?? :p

best lap coming in the last few laps....i think rossi was ready for a dog fight to the end.

rossi's laptime remained consistantly at 1.59-2.00 in the last few laps.... its just that pedrosa dropped his laptime to 2.00-2.01. the duo were constantly seperated by a 0.2sec gap almost throughout the whole race.

they mentioned Yamaha and Ducati got faster machine on straight.. probably tat's the advantage Rossi got...

Ducati stoner didn't do well, bcos they chose "wrong" tyre or setting.. It's different setting than previous practise as they gambled on the weather will be "wet"

i watched the race throughout. but i find tat at one point (during the 1st lap) lorenzo was "letting water" for Rossi to overtake lei.

his way to the finishing point was a cheeky one... take a look behind before doing a willy to the endpoint.

anyway, the doctor proved his €12 million worth ...the yamaha boss at least will feel better spending such an amount like no other manufacturer would.:cheeky:

on the long straight....pedrosa was closing him every lap....with rossi breaking later and taking a slightly different line...

wonder where was the speed trap set

Valentino Rossi – Race Winner

`I´m very, very happy, as it´s been a long time without victory. This was a difficult period; we changed tyres and we had to work very hard. I knew that we had good potential and we felt good from Friday. This is the first time that I was able to ride at a good pace after 15 laps.

`This morning I was upset when I saw rain, but when I saw it may be possible to ride in the dry I thought that I could win. I really had to push to beat Dani; it was a great victory for us.´

Dani Pedrosa – Second Place

`It was a hard race, every lap was faster and faster. In the end I just slowed down because I saw that I couldn't get Valentino, and just decided to keep the engine alive and finish second. I'm very happy to take second here.´

Casey Stoner – Third Place

`The sighting lap let us know that it was going to be dry, although we were advised to go for a softer compound. I don't know if we would have been better with a harder compound. The team worked hard as always, but we have room to improve and I´m not entirely satisfied with this result.´
