Hello bro, Just done my hazzard light today At Planet. Brought my own switch at $17 damn ex but gd. Ah Chong fix for me at $15 wif Relay given... I like it man... Nw, I kept on playing it.

You bought the car hazard light switch issit, so expensive??

Went Guan Hoe today, the uncle quoted me $60plus for the clutch sleeve hub, and $15 for workmanship to change not inclusive of engine oil. And must make appointment next week then can change.

So I went KS and bought the clutch sleeve hub myself for $40 and get 3bot Motul semi-syn at Mah for $36. (Saw LcBear getting air filter for his DR200). After that I went Guan Hoe at Rangoon to look for the thrust washer, as KS no stock. The malay guy at Rangoon told me they have no stock also, and they selling the clutch sleeve hub for $50 no stock also, and he advice me normally no need to change the washer. He gave me a tip if still diff to switch neutral, try to change the clutch release on the left hand side of the bike.

Then I went to my regular mech to ask how much to install the clutch sleeve hub, he quoted me $30. Damm expensive. He told me must change the pressure plate as well. :giddy: Anyway I have a spare clutch pressure plate from gsxr400 but not sure of the condition but looks the same to me.

One thing in common all of them asked me if I have already change the clutch plate and steel plates.

I might be going to planet to see how much Ah Chong quote to fix the clutch sleeve hub.

Check the engine oil level is at full when put in upright position. Oil pressure switch also working.

Check my oil again, the bike when put on main stand is above the full mark. When engine running oil level falls below L, guess its normal. I have travelled more than 80km avg 100km/h today and its still working fine. :cheeky:

Mah accesory opp SLT tower is selling hand phone soon, saw they are clearing the stock at the front of their shop when I went to buy engine oil. Ask the lady boss if they are shifting then came the reply.

Next time can view handphone too when buying parts there. :thumb:

Top up some disilled water to the reserve tank and monitor for a few days. It may be the coolant not top up fully in the engine (trap air) the last time.

If its still falls to almost empty check for coolant leaks after the bike is warm up.

I still have left over WW for one more coolant change, will try maxima after I finished the last dose.

i think it'll be nice if each bike model gets their own forum, y'know, so we can sticky threads and stuff so no need to search through a super long thread for info.. hmm..
